“97% percent of women will have a negative thought about their body today.”

Pregnancy and motherhood are times of transition. Our bodies go through tremendous changes from the moment we conceive to up to years after we give birth. In the midst of this, many women are left to try to navigate the emotions that come up around our body image alone.

This Expectful Expert chat will bring the struggles we face with body image to the surface so that we can embrace our bodies and feel comfortable in the skin we are in.

Throughout our call we’ll discuss:

Handling the change and transition of the body during pregnancy

Concerns about "getting back to" the prenatal body

Managing/juggling new motherhood and self-care practices
